Almost every college student now-a-days owns a smartphone. Be it an Android phone, a Windows Phone or iPhone or even BlackBerry. We all need some apps which are too useful to be missed out on.

As we all know that most of the market share of smartphones is captured by Android devices and also since I own an Android smartphone I would love to share with you all the 10 must have apps for Android OS for college students.

Apart from the regular social networking apps like WhatsApp, Facebook Twitter Instagram, here is a list of apps you must have for your day-to-day routine.

1. Google Drive:

 

As all students know that they save a lot of documents , pictures , music, files and whole lot of things on their mobile or laptops and may need them at any time of the day and at any place! So what is the best possible solution to access them? Google Drive! Yes, you will just love this app from Google. It lets you share almost all your important files apps images songs documents, just anything! Just download the app from Google play, sign in through your Google account. Now select the files and share it to Google drive and you are ready to go! You are now ready to access the file anywhere in this world.

2. ES File Explorer:

ES File Explorer is an app you don’t want to miss for all your file managing tasks. It’s simple, it’s easy to manage and you will not regret having it. It has got one of the best call clarity among all other apps of same category. It supports group calling with as many as 25 people! Yes you read it right! And with excellent clarity. Of course you can chat as well create groups and all other common features are also available. This is a must have calling app according to me. You even end up saving money on your Mobile Bills with more fun! Why miss it?

9. Alarmy (Sleep if u can):

To all those sleep lovers who don’t like to wake up early. But what do you do when you realize that you have only 5minutes left to get ready and attend important lecture? Or an exam?

Not to worry. Alarmy makes sure you are wake up on time! All you have to do is to click a picture of something, away from your bed preferably, and set it in the app. This app doesn’t stop alarming unless you go to the registered place in the app that is the pictured place. To turn it off, you have to go to the pictured place and take a photo. Only then does the alarm stops! Isn’t it great? You will never be late for your class after you install this app.!

10. YouTube:

Does YouTube require any description? All the school kids can describe it. All your information related needs, clearing of concepts of your syllabus, informative lectures and many educational videos are available from various resources on YouTube. No one would miss out on this app.
